To access the FirstRate Self-Service Password Management portal, you must provide a valid FirstRate User_ID. If you do not know your FirstRate User_ID, you will need to contact the Helpdesk at (support@firstrate.com) for further assistance. When ready, click 'Continue'. In the event that a FirstRate User_ID is locked, disabled, or not recognized, you will receive a message with additional instructions.
